My Recent Beep Test !

I did 2 beep tests last week for fitness days. I have improved on my beep test since the last time i did it . I had the same score for both of the beep tests i did last week. i was glad that our class was given another chance to do it because not everyone was happy with their score and neither was i , i thought i could have done way better  . but for me i was the same for the both days. :( i was expecting to go up atleast by one point but i didnt. Hopefully i can go up on my beep test the next time i do it. i tried my best each day we did the beep test !

My work habits

I have been working hard in whatever we do in class or outside of class. I am noticing that I am improving as the semester goes along. I feel really comfortable in get fit...I enjoy everyday and try my best. My goal is to improve In fitness and not giving up !

Field trips :)

We have been to 3 field trips so far . The challenging trip was snowshoeing,I wouldn't say that it was bad, but it got challenging at some points. For example running on the hill filled with snow. When everyone was hiking and doing the power walk it got really tiring. At the end when I returned to the bus my legs were killing me . But afterwards I felt good about whatever I did. According to me the funnest trip was ice skating. I do not know how to iceskating at all but still I had a wonderful time. I think that the iceskating trip should have been longer but because of the bus we couldn't stay longer :(

My goal for th

In this semester i am looking forward to do exciting stuff. I hope to achieve a good grade in this course and try my best on what ever we are doing in class. my personal goal is to participate in every thing we do and stay active.my expectations for this class is just to have fun and enjoy the semester as it goes.
